해결 -> root권한이 아닌 oracle 로 접속

#emctl status dbconsole

#emctl start dbconsole

**접속이 안됨

1. C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc 에 아래가 등록되어 있는지 확인한다.

 안되어 있다면 등록시켜준다.

 127.0.0.1 localhost hostname.domainname hostname

 

2. 환경변수를 설정

 $ set EMHOSTNAME=<hostname>

 

3. dbconsole 재시작
